Our foundation was built in the lab. Tonal Applications was founded by two former colleagues who previously led testing systems and engineered failure analysis teams at Akustica/Bosch in Pittsburgh. After years of engineering solutions for global, multi-million dollar infrastructure deployments, we realized mid-market businesses were being underserved by standard IT vendors. We launched Tonal Applications to bridge the gap between complex physical infrastructure and actionable data analytics.

He has engineered solutions and executed enterprise strategy for companies including Indeed and Haas, ensuring complex infrastructure deployments are built out cleanly and handed over seamlessly.

PMP-certified architect with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. David transforms messy, siloed infrastructure data into actionable insights. He has formulated risk-based Capital Improvement Planning (CIP) models and built automated data pipelines for organizations including ALCOSAN, replacing thousands of hours of manual exports with interactive, real-time executive dashboards.
